What is fertility treatment?

Treatment options range from medications for hormone imbalance or ovary stimulation, to in-office procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), to the more complex assisted reproduction technologies like in vitro fertilization (IVF) and genetic testing.

Reproductive surgery can also correct abnormalities or blockages preventing conception.

Fertility treatments also include services such as egg, sperm and embryo donation, and egg, sperm and embryo freezing.

Are fertility treatments right for me?

They are if you:
  • Are having difficulty conceiving on your own.
  • Don’t want to continue waiting to see if you can get pregnant.
  • Are in a same sex relationship and need advanced technologies to have children.
  • Wish to preserve your healthy eggs or sperm to produce a family in the future.
  • Have had an evaluation by a fertility specialist that indicates treatments can help.
  • Are informed of the treatment processes, costs, time and other considerations.

Types of fertility treatments & services

Fertility Tests

Fertility testing is used to determine the cause or causes of infertility in men and women, guiding physicians to a diagnosis and treatment plan.

IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

IVF combines a woman’s eggs and a man’s sperm in a laboratory to produce an embryo. The embryo is then implanted in the woman’s womb (uterus) for pregnancy. IVF often has the highest chance of success because it bypasses several conditions in both the male and female reproductive systems that cause infertility.

INVOcell

INVOcell is a new fertility treatment that uses a procedure called intravaginal culture (IVC), which implants a device that contains both eggs and sperm in a woman’s body for fertilization and incubation of a resulting embryo(s). The FDA-cleared INVOcell offers a lower cost fertility treatment option.

Other Fertility Treatments

We offer a range of other fertility treatments, some alternative, that include:
  • Basic fertility care.
  • Holistic fertility care.
  • Injectable fertility medications.
  • Ovulation induction medications.
  • PCOS fertility treatment.
  • Infertility surgery.
  • Recurrent pregnancy loss.

Donation & Gestational Carriers (Surrogacy)

When it comes to family building, there are many ways to achieve your fertility goals. Learn more about third party fertility options including a gestational carrier to carry a pregnancy, and egg, sperm or embryo donation.

Egg Freezing

Because egg quality & quantity decrease with age, women chose egg freezing at a younger age, for either social or medical reasons, to become pregnant later.
