A fertility doctor who believes in building a partnership with every patient
Dr. Archana Ayyar is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. Originally from Plano, Texas, Dr. Ayyar is thrilled to return home and care for patients and families throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth community.
Why Dr. Ayyar became a fertility doctor
Dr. Ayyar chose reproductive endocrinology and infertility because of the opportunity to care for patients during one of the most meaningful—and often challenging—times in their lives. She truly enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them throughout their fertility journey.
For Dr. Ayyar, fertility care is about much more than tests and treatments. It is about listening, building trust, and creating a partnership with each patient. Her goal is for every patient to leave her office with a better understanding of their reproductive health and feel informed and empowered to participate in decisions about their care.
Dr. Ayyar believes the best treatment plans are created together, considering both the medical evidence and each patient’s individual goals, values, and circumstances. Nothing brings her greater joy than sharing good news with a patient after supporting them through their reproductive journey.
