Meet Our Leadership Team
Ana studied health science at Florida International University and also received her MBA from FIU in 2015. Ana has worked in the medical field since 2009. She began working at Dallas IVF as a member of the front office staff in 2014. Thanks to the amazing team at Dallas IVF, she was able to grow with the practice, and which led to her current role as clinic administrator. She loves coming to work every day knowing that she is helping Dallas IVF patients build families.
In her free time, Ana likes to spend time with her family and dogs. She loves to travel and is a former college athlete. She was a walk-on softball player at FIU and received an athletic scholarship. Her fondest memory from playing college softball is getting to travel to Hawaii for a tournament.
Rachel Parker, RN
Director of Nursing, Dallas IVF Surgery Center
As a long-time medical professional, Rachel has been part of the Dallas IVF team since 2012. She has been a registered nurse since 2004 and is a current member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN). Rachel is a nurse because she gets so much happiness when taking care of people. She has always loved working with mothers and babies, and she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for five years.
Rachel’s goal is to make the emotional and physical journey toward parenthood as easy and stress free for patients as she can. The joy she sees on her patients’ faces when they get pregnant is her biggest reward! When not helping patients, Rachel loves to workout at PureBarre. She enjoys dancing, cooking, gardening and all outdoor activities. She also loves spending time with her two adult daughters, Paige and Kendall.
Dr. Sheela Sadruddin
Sheela has been a member of the Dallas IVF team since 2012, but has worked in the medical field for over 12 years. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Texas, Arlington. Sheela went on to get her master’s degree in clinical embryology from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a Ph.D. in developmental biology from the University of North Texas. She is also a recipient of the high complexity laboratory director (HCLD) and technical supervisor (TS) certificates from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB).
She is very passionate about embryology and physiology and is driven by the adaptability of embryos and their ability to grow in culture. It is a true honor for her to be able to utilize her skills, experience and education to improve methods in human in vitro fertilization (IVF) to obtain higher success rates for those who experience infertility. Sheela spends her free time with her husband and three children. She loves to travel and aspires to work her way across the globe, little by little.
Valerie (Medellin) Torres
Front Office Manager/Lead
Valerie loves helping others, which is what brought her to work in the medical field almost 10 years ago. She has been a member of the Dallas IVF team since 2015. She began her career working nights as a front desk receptionist. She grew from there, moving to work days and now she serves as the front office manager.
Valerie loves being part of the Dallas IVF team, comprised of wonderful physicians and amazing staff. She finds her job to be incredibly rewarding and enjoys being part of a team that helps patient’s dreams of being a parent become a reality. When not at the office, Valerie enjoys trying out new bars and restaurants with her fiancé, even driving hours away to eat a special dish. She considers herself and “old soul” and loves watching old films starring the likes of Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn and Doris Day.
