Dr. Shilpi Agrawala

Dr. Agrawala’s decision to pursue a career in reproductive endocrinology stems from her personal PCOS journey. Diagnosed with PCOS as an adolescent, having to navigate the challenges and uncertainties of the condition ignited a passion in Dr. Agrawala to understand and alleviate the struggles associated with reproductive health.

Dr. Agrawala believes that there is no greater privilege and responsibility than being trusted with a patient’s most intimate hopes, fears and goals. She is intentional about forging close, supportive relationships with her patients and their families. She feels privileged to provide both medical expertise and emotional support. Her patients value her ability to provide care that aligns with their individual circumstances and goals.

Dr. Agrawala’s empathetic and patient-centered approach ensures that her patients feel heard, understood and supported throughout their journey, fostering a strong, trusting relationship that enhances their overall experience and outcomes.

Reproductive training

Dr. Shilpi Agrawala graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and behavioral biology from Emory University and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She went on to earn her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Agrawala then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before completing her reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at Duke University.

After completing her fellowship, Dr. Agrawala joined Dallas IVF as a fertility specialist in 2024.
