If you choose this option, one of you will undergo ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval, while the other will have the embryos implanted into her uterus. Intrauterine Insemination

If you and your partner decide that IVF isn’t right for you, you may wish to consider intrauterine insemination (IUI). An IUI procedure is performed close to ovulation. Sperm is specially prepared in a laboratory, and then it is deposited into the uterus. This procedure involves only a bare minimum of discomfort.

Sperm Donation

Regardless of which fertility option you and your partner choose, sperm donation will be involved. Some couples prefer to select an anonymous sperm donor from a sperm bank, while other couples may wish to ask a close friend to donate sperm. All sperm donors must undergo a screening procedure.
