Time is precious when treating infertility
Keep your fertility family plan on track and schedule a telemedicine appointment today.
Our physicians are committed to your care and are now offering virtual visits so you can get started with, or continue, your fertility planning while staying safe at home.
Fertility telemedicine appointments are available for both new and existing patients. During your telehealth appointment, you will meet with one of our providers via phone call or video visit. You can use your phone, tablet or computer to connect to your healthcare provider for your virtual visit.
What can we accomplish in a fertility telemedicine appointment during COVID-19?
Dallas IVF is committed to the safety of its patients and staff during the coronavirus pandemic, so our Frisco office is only open for urgent visits and emergencies, per American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) guidelines.
With new insurance coverage that allows for telemedicine, we encourage you to take advantage of this virtual option so you can have the best plan in place for your next steps when we are able to fully resume operations, testing and fertility treatments.
During a fertility telemedicine appointment our providers can work with you to:
- Complete a new patient consultation.
- Review testing results or other follow-up information.
- Create a customized treatment plan.

Starting the video visit
When it is time for your appointment, make sure you are either on secure wi-fi or in a place where you have good, private internet service. The Zoom video visit will use the internet to connect to your doctor or healthcare provider. Make sure to use a device with the Zoom app for your video visit.
- Five minutes before your appointment time, click the link for your doctor to join the meeting. You will be connected to the Zoom waiting room.
- Right click on your screen name and rename it to your full name.
- Your doctor will join you and then begin the visit. If your doctor is running late, please stay in the waiting room.
Click on your doctor’s name to start your Zoom appointment:
Each of our providers has their own Zoom appointment link. As long as you are seeing the same provider, the link for your Zoom telemedicine appointment will not change.
